Beginner’s Candle Making Workshop

Bring out the inner child and creativity in you with our candle-making workshop in Lebanon. This is a 2 hour experience that takes you on a journey to understand the science of how candles work and how to make mold and container candles with soy and cocosoy waxes. Learn from experienced candle makers who have taught over 1,000 students in Dubai, and find out how you can make your own candles at home. Oh, and there will be food.

What does the workshop cover?

• An introduction to candle making.
• Overview of the different types of wax and when to use them.
• Wicking, and how to choose the optimal wick.
• Talk about jars and molds.
• Understanding the different oil types, fragrance, perfume, and essential.
• Making two candles together.
• Tips and tricks, and candle troubleshooting techniques.

What is included?

• All the tools and equipment needed to make a candle.
• A selection of fragrance oils for you to choose from for your candle.
• One 220g glass jar candle to take home.
• One unscented mold candle to take home.
• A candle-making booklet that you can keep for information.
• Snacks and drinks.

Workshop Terms:

• Payment is to be made online or in cash on the day of the event, prior to starting.
• +1 is not allowed on the spot, as we prepare all the exact number of workstations for the individuals who booked. If you want to bring a +1, let us know in advance, but they cannot participate in making their own candle, but rather share the experience with you.
• There will be no physical ticket, just confirmation through WhatsApp.
• Refunds can only be issued 1 week in advance of the workshop, and after this time, refunds won’t be allowed, but you can still transfer to a friend.
• We reserve the right to cancel the workshop and offer a full refund to every individual who wishes to participate if paid online or cash in advance.
