Refund and Returns Policy

If you want to return a product because you didn’t like the scent, we are more than happy to refund you or provide you with another item of the same price. The returned item should be in the same condition that you received it and unused/damaged. We just require you to cover the return shipping cost.

Just provide us with photographic proof through an email to [email protected] or by WhatsApp within a 7 day range of the delivery date. To place a refund request, go to your account and place the refund request there.

The only things that cannot be refunded are digital products, private label, and wholesale orders.
