Candle Care Guide
Lightning a candle is very easy, and you probably don't need a guide for that. However, taking care of a candle is a whole other story. To get the most out of your candles, you can do the following:
Avoid the Tunnel
Let your candle burn for 3 to 4 hours to avoid tunneling.
Go Easy
Turn off the flame every 4 hours and then cut around a 1/4 inch from the wick.
Don't Overdo it
Don’t burn the candle when you have about 5 CM of wax left.
Safety First
Don’t leave a burning candle unattended, especially around kids.
Keep it Steady
Don’t move a candle while it’s lit. The wax could spill and cause a lot of burns.
Parental Guidance
Keep the candle out of kids and animals’ reach.
The Obvious
Keep your candle away from anything that could catch fire.
The Turn Off
Extinguish the flame using a Snuffer, or by using a wick dipper.
