Whether you were confused about jars, waxes, fragrance oils, wick selection, or anything related to candles, then this session can remedy all those confusions.
What?
This is a private candle-making consultation session tailored only to you. Everything you would like to know from the process to creating the actual candles (container or pillar). Whether you are facing problems like wet spots, frosting, no scent throw, or not being able to find your candle supplies, we will give you answers to all those questions. We will also share some tips and tricks on kick-starting your candle business and how to promote it better in case you need that as well.
Follow Up?
You decide whether you want to get a 14-day follow-up or not. The follow-up includes your consultant reaching out to you to check up on any testing progress that was discussed throughout the meeting. You can also ask questions about candle making any time you want through out your 14 days.
When?
After ordering the session, you will be able to book your session using an online link which can be found in your profile.
How?
Once you make the purchase, you will find a link under My Account > Downloads where you can book your session. In case you purchased the consultation session while logged out, you can create an account using the same email that you purchased with, and directly gain access to the link under My Account > Downloads. You can also always reach out on WhatsApp to get your booking link. After booking, you will gain access to a Google Meets link for the meeting.
Duration?
This consultation session lasts for 60 minutes and can be extended for 10-15 minutes if the time allows it, and if it is needed.
Languages?
The consultation session can be made in both English or Arabic (عربي).
Important Notes:
Shipping
Orders are shipped the same day if placed before 10 am, and the next day if placed after. This is an exception to Home Decor pieces as they are made to order and can take up to 4 days to be made and delivered.

Meet Abed, a candle maker, “Chandler” for multiple years. The face behind the WickMagic brand and the person who formulates all the recipes for the candles sold by the brand.
He will be your consultant for this one-on-one session. Any questions and concerns you might have on candle making, Abed can answer.
You have an entire hour to ask any question you have about candle making and our consultant will do his best to give you all the answers you need so you can resume your candle making without any worries.
After your consultation session ends, you have the option to get a 14 day follow-up where your consultant will keep track of your progress, and stay in touch with you for 14 whole days.
This way, you can apply whatever you discussed in your candle making consultation session, and use those 14 days to ask any further questions.
