Getting a shipment delay, even though the products you ordered are exquisite, ruins your whole experience. For this reason, our shipping policy is transparent so that you don’t have to worry about making a buying decision. Shipping Rates

UAE

Any orders above 200 AED are free of charge, otherwise, 15 AED is the fee for standard delivery.

Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman

Any orders above 1,000 AED are free of charge, otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Shipping Timing

Shipping times vary based on the type of order that you place, this factor depends on the type of products and the quantity. You can find more details below.

Exclusive Wick Magic Products

Same-day delivery (UAE): If you order any candle from our exclusive collections before 10 am, you can expect it within the same day.

Next-day delivery (UAE): If you order any candle from our exclusive collections after 10 am, you can expect it the next day.

In case of shipment delays, we will be in touch with you to let you know. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us by email, phone call, or through WhatsApp. Just include your order number and we will update you with the latest.

The only exception to this is home decor pieces. They are made to order and can take up to 4 days to be made, and delivered.

GCC Delivery (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): Any order made within the GCC areas will take between 1-7 business days to be delivered.

Candle Favors & Large Orders

Any order that includes more than 50 candle giveaways will require at least 10 to 21 business days, these dates can be negotiated based on urgency. Orders with less than 50 giveaways will require 3 to 7 business days.

International Shipping

We only offer shipping within the GCC for now. We are working really hard to bring you a seamless international shipping option, so stay tuned for that.
